TRADEPILOT PRO — TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Important: TradePilot Pro is exclusively a practice/paper-trading platform. It does not accept real money, provide a real trading account, or execute orders on any exchange or broker account. All balances, orders, positions, profits and losses are simulated and have no cash value.

1. Operator and scope

These Terms govern the TradePilot Pro website, Android application and related practice-trading services (the “Platform”) operated by Ketanbhai Dadhaviya, an individual operator, from Vegetable Market Road, Gangajaliya Talav, Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India (“TradePilot Pro”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

The Platform is a market simulator intended only for education, product demonstration, strategy practice and familiarisation with trading interfaces. It is not a facility for investing or trading real money.

2. Acceptance

By accepting the checkbox, registering, logging in or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You understand that the Platform provides simulation only and that virtual balances and simulated profits cannot be withdrawn or converted into money. Electronic acceptance and Platform records may be retained as evidence of consent.

If you do not agree, do not register or use the Platform.

3. Eligibility and account security

You must be at least 18 years old, competent to contract under Indian law, and provide accurate information. You must not impersonate another person. Your mobile number is required; WhatsApp and Telegram details are optional and are used only when the relevant service is enabled and consented to.

You are responsible for protecting your password, OTP, device and session. Notify kubertf666@gmail.com promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Practice account and virtual funds

Public registration creates a Practice Trading/Paper Trading account only. Subject to configuration, a new account may receive:

  • INR 125,000;
  • USDT 1,000; and
  • USD 1,000.

These amounts and all other balances, credits, margins, brokerage entries, profits, losses, rewards and ledger entries are simulated. They:

  • are not legal tender, electronic money, crypto-assets, deposits, securities or stored value;
  • do not represent money held with us, a bank, broker, exchange or custodian;
  • cannot be purchased, sold, deposited, withdrawn, redeemed or transferred;
  • cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, services or benefits;
  • do not create a payment obligation in favour of the user; and
  • may be reset or adjusted for testing, maintenance, correction, expiry, misuse or administration.

Labels such as Add Funds, Withdraw, Wallet, Margin, Brokerage, Buy, Sell, Position and Order describe simulated functions only. If Add Funds or Withdraw remains visible, it can only adjust virtual balances and cannot initiate a bank, UPI, card or crypto-wallet transaction.

5. No real-money trading

The Platform does not:

  • provide a real securities, commodity, Forex or crypto trading account;
  • accept money, deposits, securities or crypto-assets;
  • route orders to a broker, exchange, dealer, liquidity provider or blockchain;
  • provide clearing, custody, settlement, depository or payment services;
  • permit real-money withdrawal, redemption or transfer; or
  • promise or distribute real profits, returns, prizes or investment income.

Third-party connections may be used only to obtain or display market information. A provider name, exchange name, connector or live data feed does not make a simulated order real.

6. No investment advice or intermediary relationship

TradePilot Pro is not presented as a stock exchange, clearing corporation, depository, bank, stock broker, investment adviser, research analyst, portfolio manager or crypto exchange. Use does not create a broker-client, adviser-client, fiduciary, banking, custody or investment relationship.

Charts, quotes, alerts, reports, rankings, notifications, educational material and simulated results are general training tools—not personalised advice, research recommendations, solicitations or offers to transact. We do not assure profits, returns or future performance. Before making a real investment elsewhere, use an authorised intermediary and obtain independent advice where appropriate.

7. Simulated markets and execution

The Platform may simulate equities, indices, derivatives, commodities, Forex, COMEX, crypto-assets and other instruments. Quotes may be live, delayed, cached, derived, indicative or artificially generated. Simulated fills may use bid/ask, last price, configured rules or test data.

The simulator cannot reproduce every real-market condition, including liquidity, queue priority, partial fills, latency, slippage, price impact, circuit limits, taxes, settlement and outages. An order marked submitted, executed, rejected, modified, cancelled or closed is an event inside the simulator only—not an exchange trade, broker confirmation, contract note or proof of ownership.

8. Virtual margin, leverage, charges and P&L

Margin, leverage, exposure, brokerage, taxes and charges are educational estimates based on simulation rules. They are not payable to or receivable from a real intermediary. Risk controls may reject, limit, square off or close simulated orders and positions.

Simulated P&L may be corrected for price, fill, brokerage, configuration or calculation errors. Practice performance does not predict or guarantee real-market results.

9. Virtual wallets and reports

The Platform may maintain INR, USDT and USD virtual wallets. Wallet selection may filter simulated orders, positions, P&L, ledger and reports. Any conversion is indicative and does not perform real currency or crypto conversion.

Reports, ledgers and statements are simulation records only. They are not bank statements, tax documents, broker contract notes or proof of funds.

10. Subscriptions and platform fees

If a paid subscription is introduced, payment purchases access to software or educational features only—not virtual currency, an investment, a trading balance or an earning opportunity. Price, taxes, billing, cancellation and refund terms will be disclosed before purchase and processed through a permitted payment method.

Virtual balances and simulated profits remain non-redeemable for free and paid users.

11. Notifications

We may send practice-order updates, security alerts, maintenance notices, service information and optional promotions through the app, device push, browser, email, WhatsApp or Telegram.

  • Delivery depends on permission, connectivity, device settings and provider availability.
  • WhatsApp and Telegram require correct details and any applicable verification or opt-in.
  • Optional notifications may be disabled through available Platform or device settings.
  • Essential account-security and service notices may still be delivered where permitted.

Order, execution, funds, margin and P&L notifications always refer to simulated activity. They are not investment advice or evidence of a real transaction.

12. Acceptable use

You must not misrepresent simulated results as verified real performance; sell or transfer an account or virtual balance; use the Platform to solicit investments or collect money; deceive another person; bypass controls; use unauthorised automation; introduce malware; overload or unlawfully scrape the Platform; infringe rights; or engage in fraud or other illegal activity.

We may investigate, preserve relevant records and restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary.

13. Privacy and permissions

We may process contact information, preferences, device/session data, IP address, notification tokens, simulated orders, positions, wallets, reports and audit events to operate, secure and improve the Platform, provide support, prevent abuse and comply with law. The Privacy Policy explains purposes, consent, retention, sharing, safeguards, rights and grievances.

Android permissions will be requested only for relevant features. Notification permission is optional. Practice trading does not require access to your bank account, demat account, broker credentials, UPI PIN, card PIN or crypto-wallet private keys. Never submit such secrets through the Platform or support channels.

14. Intellectual property

The Platform software, interface, documentation, branding and original content are owned by or licensed to us. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use it for personal practice and education.

Third-party names, symbols, market data, logos and content remain their owners’ property. Their display does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

15. Availability and changes

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features, instruments, data providers, virtual balances or rules. Uninterrupted, accurate or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Revised Terms will show a new version/effective date, and material changes may require renewed acceptance.

16. Risk disclaimer

Real trading and investing involve risk of financial loss. The simulator cannot fully reproduce real market conditions, costs, liquidity, execution or human behaviour. Successful practice results must not be treated as evidence that a strategy will succeed with real money.

You are responsible for any financial decision or real trade made outside the Platform. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for those decisions or losses.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, anticipated profit, data or goodwill arising from the simulator, data errors, connectivity, notifications, third-party failure, user error or unauthorised credential use.

For a paid software service, aggregate liability will not exceed fees paid to us for that service during the three months preceding the event. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including our fraud or wilful misconduct.

18. Suspension and account closure

You may request account closure by emailing kubertf666@gmail.com from your registered email address and providing the registered mobile number or Client ID for verification. We may suspend or close an account for breach, abuse, security risk, inactivity, legal requirement or service discontinuation.

Closure ends access to virtual balances and simulated records, subject to backups and lawful retention. No payment or settlement is due because virtual balances have no cash value.

Complaints about virtual balances, fills or P&L are Platform-service complaints—not claims for exchange settlement, investor-protection compensation, broker redressal or withdrawal.

20. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at Bhavnagar, Gujarat have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer remedies. Before litigation, the parties should attempt good-faith resolution through the grievance channel for at least 30 days.

21. General provisions

If a provision is invalid, the remainder continues. Delay in enforcement is not a waiver. You may not assign your account without written consent. We may assign these Terms in a lawful restructuring or Platform transfer. English controls unless an officially issued translation states otherwise.

I understand that TradePilot Pro is exclusively a practice/paper-trading simulator; no real-money account or trade is provided; and every balance, order, position, profit and loss is virtual, non-transferable and non-withdrawable.
